International Camps

All year round the Hurley Surfing Australia High Performance Centre (HPC) offer one month or longer stays for surfers looking to dramatically improve and reach their full potential under the constant guidance of a HPC coach. Programs include:

• Individualised coaching program
• Accommodation with host family - other options available (hotel, apartment etc.)
• All transport (includes airport transfers)
• Three meals a day
• Silicon Coach DVD

HPC coaches are recognised world-wide for their programs which have been finetuned while working with Team Australia, WCT surfers and hundreds of high profile junior surfers. Key elements of these programs include:

• Video analysis of surfing sessions
• Information on how to surf to judging criteria and gain a better understanding of what the judges are looking for when a surfer rides a wave
• Competition preparation and strategies
• Fitness testing, evaluation and subsequent program
• Wave selection, time management, psychological approach
