Location

The HPC is based on the wave rich Northern New South Wales coastline at Casuarina Beach. This strategic location is 15 minutes south of the world class Gold Coast point breaks, but enough distance away to allow cutting edge training and coaching in idyllic conditions with uncrowded waves.

The HPC is truly blessed to be located within a short distance of such a variety of world class waves. No matter what conditions, there is always a nearby surf break that offers ideal waves to maximise your surfing experience and performance. The Gold Coast, just 15 minutes north, offers some of the world's best pointbreaks, all within a short distance of one another. World famous Snapper Rocks is a high performance wave, delivering rides of up to 500m long. Neighbouring beachbreak Duranbah is a wave magnet and works in almost any swell.

Half an hour south is Byron Bay and its variety of surrounding beach breaks, all of which are very consistent. The Tweed Coast has a multitude of punchy, uncrowded beach breaks including Cabarita, Fingal and Hastings that work in most winds and swell directions.

During surf camps and coaching surfers will be driven to find the best waves for the coaching session.
