Yuraygir Boardriders
After a successful and enjoyable 2010 season, Yuraygir Boardriders is now into its second year as an incorporated club. Our membership is open to residents of the Clarence Valley and we currently have the following divisions: A grade, B Grade, Womens, Groms, Longboard and Micro groms.
This year our planned point score days will be (weather and wave pending of course)

29th January 2012.
The year will be completed with a club championship and presentation in February 2012.
Other special events may be organised throughout the year and we will keep you updated as they come to hand.
Our Aims and Objectives remain the same
*To foster a safe and healthy surfing experience with an emphasis on having fun
*To promote improvement of skills and experience for surfers of all ages to assist members to achieve greater potential
*To contribute to environmental protection in and around the ocean and surrounding National Parks and Marine Park areas.
*To give positive, nurturing role models to the surfing youth providing mentoring within all levels of the Boardriders activities.
*To operate with respect and follow our surfing etiquette towards fellow surfers & others in the ocean environment at all times
*To build a community of local surfers, families and supporters to enhance the enjoyment of this ocean sport, bringing us together to relax and enjoy as well as learn and grow.
