Surfing skills to be trained should be selected to match the surf conditions faced. Choosing skills that can be performed, will create the training environment that creates success. For example, in down-the-line surf, working on your cutback will not work well, because the waves race away, with no cutback sections available. Whereas, in small flat surf, working on creating speed and surfing light-footed are ideal skills to have a productive surfing session.

Martin we live in Scotland no coaches for developing Surfers, I have downloaded a few of the packages to help my 14 year old progress as he is obsessed with surfing. All the information is invaluable both for Andrew and myself as I try to help him progress.
