Event Entry Criteria: - 'Under Age' Divisions - Competitors must be under the age specified as of 31st Dec 2012 in the year of competition. - 'Over Age' Divisions - Competitors must be of age as of 1st January 2012 in the year of competition. - All competitors must be Surfing WA members to be eligible to compete - Open & Longboard competitors can compete in TWO divisions at National Titles.The Technical Race will be held on boards 12'6 and under, and the Marathon will be held on boards 14' and under.

Longboarding has a large and passionate following in WA. The general promotion of the sport over time combined with a solid and well organised State and Club structure, has contributed to the consistent increases in its popularity and strong following.
The third and final event of the HIF WA Longboard Titles will make a welcome return to the Peel region since a few years testing out alternate locations.
This year see's the expansion of the SUP divisions and races on offer to bolster and already strong event series. There will be a technical Race following a Battle of the Paddle style format between 4-8km and a distance race.
Travelling to some of the best longboard locations in the state including Yallingup, Denmark and Mandurah the HIF WA Longboard Series is back bigger and better than ever.
After WA's most succesful National Longboard Titles in 2011, expect the 2012 series to be stack with WA longboarding talent. Get your entries in early to avoid disappointment.
