TRADIES SURFMASTERS CROWNS ALL CHAMPIONS AT CRONULLA.
The 2018 Tradies Surfmasters saw an exciting day of surfing yesterday as elder surfers restoked their competitive flame in playful Cronulla waves.
The day was dominated by out-of-town surfers with visiting surfers claiming five out of the six divisions ahead of Sutherland Shire locals.
Paul Snow (Newcastle) bought his ability to perform powerful forehand snaps to Cronulla beachbreaks, posting a decent an 11.64 two-wave heat total to get the win ahead of former World Championship Tour surfer and Cronulla local John Shimooka.
Making an impressive return to the Tradies Surfmasters was Wayne Morrison (Port Macquarie) who posted an impressive 11.50 two-wave total to get the edge ahead of Cronulla local Jackson McKenzie (Cronulla) who finished in the runner-up position.
